About the Role:As a Pizza Maker at Romeo's, you'll be responsible for preparing and producing high-quality, fresh pizzas daily. You'll work as part of a close-knit team to maintain excellence in product quality, consistency, and food safety—while delivering outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as a Pizza Maker or in a similar food preparation role
* Minimum 2+ years of pizza making experience
* Strong knowledge of dough preparation, stretching, topping, and baking
* Experience operating pizza ovens and kitchen equipment
* Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
* Current food safety certificate required at time of application
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and pride in product presentation
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
* Australian work rights required
