In this role, you will
You will design and implement advanced customizations within Dynamics 365 Sales or Service modules, including the development of custom plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows to meet complex business requirements.
AI to improve software engineering workflows or customer support in a Microsoft ecosystem
Design and implement modern, secure APIs using RESTful and event-driven patterns, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Azure-native services like API Management, Functions, and Logic Apps.
Lead integration strategy and cloud migration, modernising legacy systems and promoting reusable, well-documented APIs across domains.
Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, product managers, and delivery teams to align API solutions with business needs and drive continuous improvement.
Mentor engineers and champion best practices, contributing to risk assessments, incident response planning, and fostering a high-performance, adaptable team culture.
Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining expertise in API technologies, pursuing certifications, and identifying opportunities for productivity and process enhancements.
