Our team includes Specialist Plastic Surgeons Dr Drew Cronin and Dr David Sparks, supported by a highly skilled group of cosmetic nurses, dermal and laser technicians, and lymphatic massage therapists. Together, we provide a wide range of surgical and non-surgical treatments, with patient care and safety at the heart of everything we do.
It is an exciting time to join us, as The Coastal Clinic continues to expand since opening a state-of-the-art purpose-built facility on Ferry Road in Southport. You will be joining a dedicated, highly trained and hardworking team who are committed to excellence.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Medical Receptionist to support both our surgical and aesthetics clinics. This role is varied and rewarding, providing the opportunity to work across all areas of the business and be upskilled in multiple functions.
* Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, with some Saturdays 8am – 12pm
* Start date: Immediate
* Employment: Permanent part-time. (Casual candidates will also be considered)
* Hourly rate: $30-38 per hour (will pay depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
* Reception duties including patient calls, enquiries and appointment confirmations
* Calendar management for both surgical and aesthetics clinics
* Data entry, patient file management and referral processing
* Taking patient photos and putting patients under our Heallite LED
* General administration support as needed across the business
* Working collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless patient experience
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has at least 3 years' experience in a medical or specialist clinic
* Is consistent, reliable, proactive, and simply gets things done
* Works well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
* Someone who values longevity with an employer
* Brings strong organisational and communication skills
* Is a true team player who enjoys working with others
* Has experience with Xestro or Zenoti software (highly regarded, but not essential)
