About the Opportunity
Catholic Early EdCare is currently undergoing substantial growth with new services opening across 2024.
Due to this growth, we are seeking an experienced, dedicated and highly passionate Outside School Hours Care Coordinator to join our team to open our new service at All Saint’s Primary school Boonah on a permanent, part-time (32.5 hours per week) basis working across Monday to Friday.
To be successful in this role, you will bring positive passionate energy and welcoming demeanour to maintain strong networks with children, families and stakeholders. This role will share the same passion we all have for the children's development and wellbeing, along with the support of the team of fantastic Educators.
The coordinator reports to the Portfolio Manager and Service Operations team, you will be someone who has a passion for leadership along with the skills and experience to guide and mentor a team of dedicated educators.
Remuneration: We pay above the award starting from $33.86 up to $41.19 per hour, depending on your classification level (between 5.1 to 6.6).

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day to day operations of the service including staffing, administration and financial management tasks.
* Oversee the delivery of a high quality, inclusive and educational program.
* Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
* Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
* Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare.
Job Requirements:
* Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
* Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
* A strong understanding of Childcare legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and My Time Our Place
* Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
* Proven leadership and team development skills
