About the Role
You will have an opportunity to take ownership of diverse projects while enjoying a unique lifestyle in Darwin - tropical lifestyle, parks, short commute times and strong sense of community. You will be an emerging registered Architect in Australia who is responsible for the design, documentation, procurement, and delivery of Architectural projects in collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors, within a framework of Quality Management and responding to time and budget criteria.
Responsibilities
* Develop, articulate, and document project briefs and proposals to deliver innovative, functional design solutions and high-quality project outcomes that respond to client needs.
* Coordinate work within project teams, including external consultants through all phases of a project to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
* Manage/assist to manage the preparation, collate information from the sub-consultants, coordination and submission of fee proposals, capability statements, expressions of interests and complex tenders/submissions from start to completion.
* Work closely with the Managing Director/Regional Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.
* Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
* Registered Architect in Australia
* 3+ years of experience in architecture
Required Skills
* Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
* Demonstrated experience across all project phases
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
