We're looking for a proactive, collaborative, and forward-thinking problem solver to assist with work, health and safety on a national basis and with around 200 permanent employees and over 4,000 casual staff across the country, you'll play a crucial role in helping our employees return to work as they recovery from injury.
This is vacancy of 18 months Fixed Term, to cover a maternity leave period, with the possibility of ongoing employment.
About the Opportunity
We're seeking a National WHS & RTW Coordinator to support the national team with WHS projects, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting McArthur's commitment to safety, wellbeing and quality continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing
* Promoting a culture of safety, inclusion, and accountability
* Working with our team to assist workers with their workers compensation claims and return to work
* Educating and advising teams on safety responsibilities and assisting to embed best practice across operations
* Management of our Incident and Claims system
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, field workers and clients
* Working closely with the National Human Resource Manager on WHS and HR matters and initiatives.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with a strong commitment to safety and wellbeing and the confidence to lead through influence, not just process.
You'll ideally have:
* Solid practical experience with WHS & RTW
* Hold a Return to Work Coordinator Certificate
* The ability to interpret legislation, improve systems, and drive continuous improvement
* A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
