Job Summary:
This is a critical leadership role that involves managing the design, development and implementation of a Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC).
The successful candidate will lead and manage a team to operationalise the PSOC capability from concept phase through to operations phases. The centre will operate at massive levels of scale, serving customers globally.
Main Responsibilities:
Physical/Protective Security Management:
* Direct and oversee the management of physical security risk, threat and vulnerability management.
* Implement an effective protective security risk, threat and vulnerability management plan, schedule and roadmap.
* Develop and review protective security policies, procedures, processes, guidelines, forms and templates.
* Engage with stakeholders across various departments on risk, threat and vulnerability management obligations.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role you must have:
* A minimum of 6 years of experience working in areas related to PSOC or public sector agencies involved in physical security management.
* The ability to attain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance.
