About the Role
As part of our small service team as the face of our service department - supported by the Service Manager - you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, personalised and premium customer journey from booking through to vehicle handover.
You may already be an experienced Service Advisor, or perhaps you are an exceptional customer service professional seeking to build a career within a prestigious automotive brand environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and managing all service enquiries professionally and warmly
* Coordinating service bookings efficiently and accurately
* Liaising closely with technicians and parts teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
* Providing timely and transparent updates to customers throughout the service process
* Managing invoicing, documentation and administration with accuracy and attention to detail
* Resolving customer concerns with empathy, professionalism and care
* Supporting dealership initiatives and contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

This is a full‐time Monday to Friday position. Our service department operates between 7:30am and 5:30pm, and we aim to provide flexible roster arrangements where possible in line with operational requirements.
