Business Development Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Sydney. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual to build on their sales career and drive growth across Australia and New Zealand.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a book of business, prospecting into new opportunities, owning through the full sales cycle, and ultimately acquiring new clients. You will work closely with our cross-functional team based in Sydney to build our presence in the mid-market space.


The Impact You'll Make

* You will communicate the value of our product suite to prospects using a consultative approach.
* Lead end-to-end sales motions including qualification, education, proposal presentation, and contract negotiation to close deals.
* Build strategic relationships with decision-makers while driving growth of new business.
* Assess customers' evolving needs and align our value proposition.
* Provide regular opportunity updates by updating our CRM and presenting in weekly forecasts.


Key Skills and Qualifications

* At least 2 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience: prospecting, pitching, and closing in the Mid-Market or Enterprise space in Australia and/or New Zealand.
* Demonstrated success of consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals.
* Knowledge of building and executing territory and account plans.
* Experience learning a sales framework or methodology.
* Strong verbal communication skills with a solution-oriented approach to working with prospects and customers.
* A dedicated team player who can adapt to changing circumstances.


Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree.
* Experience in Anything-as-a-Service (Tech Based) or Tech that is consumption-based selling into multiple verticals.
* Experience with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Tableau, and Google Suite.
* Strong prioritization skills: able to manage time effectively, prioritize high-value clients, and work with multiple customers to deliver on goals and improve processes.
