We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the growing finance team.
As part of a high-performance, high-impact finance function, you'll play a key role as a trusted business adviser working across a meaningful and broad scope, from financial reporting, financial operations, budgeting, treasury, ambitious projects and team management / leadership.

Collaborating closely with the Head of Finance and CFO, you'll play a pivotal role in helping scale, improve processes and make data-led decisions that drive impact.
The ideal background will be :
CA or CPA qualified
Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting or a related field
Finance professional from within funds management, private equity, venture capital or family office environments or Big 4 Audit first-movers with sector-aligned experience
Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, tax compliance and reporting
Experience leading and developing finance teams whilst ensuring best-in-class execution of financial operations
Excellent communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders
Strategic and analytical problem-solver, skilled at cutting through complexity, navigating ambiguity, and delivering clear, practical solutions aligned to business goals.
Tech-savvy with a focus on leveraging technology for insights and efficiency
Passion for climate action or sustainability is highly regarded
