About this role:
Championing employee mental wellbeing requires proactive strategies and interventions. Our ideal candidate will deliver short-term, solution-focused mental health coaching and 1:1 counselling to support employees' personal and workplace challenges.
Maintenance of positive working relationships is crucial in this role. This involves 'walking the floor', undertaking wellbeing check-ins, and facilitating toolbox talks and manager peer support to drive early engagement and foster a culture of open communication.
The successful candidate will have expertise in developing tailored support plans and warm referrals to relevant services such as GPs, EAPs or specialist organisations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead group education sessions on resilience, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, stress management, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver short-term, solution-focused mental health coaching and 1:1 counselling via face-to-face, telehealth, and blended modalities.
* Proactive 'walking the floor' and wellbeing check-ins to engage employees and build rapport.
* Facilitate toolbox talks and manager peer support to drive early engagement.
* Support employees with personal and workplace challenges using solution-focused approaches.
* Develop and document tailored support plans and facilitate warm referrals to GPs, EAPs or specialist services.
* Lead group education sessions on resilience, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, stress and change management, and psychosocial risk.
