Position Overview: As a Baker at Profiterole, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, bringing your creativity and baking skills to life. You will be responsible for producing a wide range of pastries, breads, and desserts that meet our high standards for quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and other dessert items according to our recipes.
* Ensure all products are prepared to the highest quality and consistency. Assist in the development of new recipes and seasonal specialties.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth production flow and timely service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a bakery or patisserie.
* Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
