They have several projects lined up in NSW and as such, this company is seeking a Foreman/Junior Site Manager to oversee the delivery of current and upcoming projects from start to finish across Sydney, NSW.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
As the Forman/Junior Site Manager, you will help manage and oversee commercial projects valued up to $20M, alongside a well-resourced and capable delivery team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the project site, its trades, contractors, and ensure that the project is being delivered within the parameters of WHS, quality, and time management. This opportunity is best suited to a Foreman/Junior Site Manager looking for a rewarding role who have ambitions to grow into a Senior Site Manager.
DUTIES.
* Oversee on-site construction activity
* Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation
* Construction programming – long and short range
* Sub-contractor Management
* Compliance and Quality Management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
* Commercial site management experience on projects valued up to $20M
* Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
* Commercial fitout and refurbishment experience is highly desirable
* Minimum 2 years experience required
