Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused team member to join our store team. As a vital part of our retail operations, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our stores.
* Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their shopping queries and needs.
* Maintain a safe and clean store environment by adhering to policies and procedures.
* Restock shelves, display fresh produce, and pick orders for online customers.
* Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide ongoing support throughout their shopping journey.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have basic math skills and the ability to lift heavy items (up to 25 kg).
