What You'll Do
As a trusted advisor, you'll manage a diverse property portfolio and drive leasing outcomes that support national operations. You'll lead negotiations for lease renewals, surrenders, make goods, and market rent reviews, while identifying new site opportunities and delivering best‐in‐class solutions. Your expertise will help shape strategic decisions, particularly through your understanding of Commonwealth Leasing Strategy and government property frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‐to‐end lease negotiations and documentation
* Conduct market research, site inspections, and RFP/EOI processes
* Collaborate with Facilities, Projects, and Workplace Solutions teams
* Provide strategic advice to clients and internal stakeholders
* Manage lease data, critical dates, and transaction reporting
* Drive continuous improvement and cost‐effective outcomes
* Apply knowledge of Commonwealth leasing strategy, government procurement requirements, and property governance frameworks
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years' experience in commercial leasing or property transactions
* Proven success in complex lease negotiations and stakeholder engagement
* Strong market knowledge and financial acumen
* Real Estate Agent License or equivalent (state‐specific)
* Tertiary qualifications in real estate or business (preferred)
* Advanced negotiation and influencing skills
* Experience working with government entities (highly regarded)
* Understanding of Commonwealth leasing strategy and government property processes
