The successful candidate will help enhance the investment process through the development of new factors, signals, and analytical tools. You will undertake research across equity markets, build and test quantitative models, apply advanced machine learning techniques, and develop frameworks for simulation, portfolio diagnostics, and risk management. In addition, you will create tools that generate market intelligence, identify emerging themes, and support the broader investment team's idea generation.
We are seeking an experienced quantitative researcher with relevant experience, ideally gained in a systematic or quantitatively-oriented equity investment environment. You will bring a blend of strong fundamental investing understanding alongside programming capability (Python or R), a deep understanding of time-series analysis and predictive modelling, and familiarity with equity markets. An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred. Experience with AI implementation, portfolio risk tools, and modern data infrastructure will be highly valued.
