**The Role**
Reporting to the Director (Skills Data Analytics), the Assistant Director (Integrated Data) is responsible for providing leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of multiple projects to discover new insights from linking administrative data.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of EL1 Officer may include:
- Managing data analysis projects using administrative data to address a range of policy issues relating to the labour market, skills, higher education, and the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to analyse inputs, assumptions, and outputs aligned to quality assurance processes.
- Leading a multidisciplinary team in the development and delivery of evidence-based analysis and reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fostering a positive performance culture by coaching and mentoring staff and supporting career development.
- Managing finances and resources in compliance with legislative frameworks and preparing briefs, minutes, and reports to a high standard.
- Actively engaging in change management processes, and supporting innovation and effective ways of working across the team.
