As a Senior IT Service Management Professional, you will be required to contribute to support models designed to the highest quality standard, within scope, in budget and on time. In this role you will work alongside Sales, Pre-sales & Project teams to understand and design the right service management model.
**Required Skill**:
- Provide expert ITSM Consulting, including (but not limited to) process alignment, Service Maturity Assessments, establishing process refinements and standards.
- Capture the support requirements from the customer and work with the relevant internal resources to assist in designing the appropriate support model.
- Deliver expert consulting for ITSM as part of Accenture's managed service capability.
- Support the standardisation of onboarding and transition of IT services from customer to managed service group.
- Support Project Teams in the delivery of the ITSM support model to ensure a seamless transition for the customer.
- Ensuring that all cross-functional teams are ready to support the new customer, or service, on or before the go live date.
- At times you will be required to assist the Sales and Presales team with proposal or tender responses to IT Service Management requirements.
**Optional**:
- Those with experience providing Subject Matter Expertise support for the onboarding of managed service solutions will be highly regarded.
