Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook and present nutritious and appealing meals in line with dietary requirements
* Serve and distribute meals to residents and provide dining room service
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and dining areas
* Accurately complete food safety and cleaning documentation
* Follow safe food handling procedures and infection control practices
* Act as part of the hospitality team to support daily kitchen operations and general duties
Qualifications and Requirements
* NDIS Worker Clearance – MANDATORY
* Valid working rights in Australia – MANDATORY
* Hospitality or customer service experience in a fast‐paced environment
* Passion for delivering a person‐centred approach to care
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
* Compassionate and empathetic nature

* Base rate of $27.42 to $29.61 per hour + 25% casual loading and 12% Superannuation
