Job Opportunity:
We are seeking part-time permanent Community Disability Support Workers with permanent appointments. Available day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Job Role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be involved in client wellbeing and achieve goals and best outcomes. You will be backed up by a supportive management team and receive round-the-clock monitoring. We pay above award wage to our team members who do a fabulous job.
Key Requirements:
Must have: experience within the sector, manual handling training, yellow card, blue card or willing to obtain, NDIS workers orientation modules, Qld Covid 19 infection control modules, current driver's license, cert 3 or higher in Disability Support Work or equivalent, and in-home and community-based experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Not essential but advantageous: extensive experience in PC, community access, and in-home supports, hoist training, mental health training, and more.
