About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Security
* Work alongside relevant teams to lead day-to-day security operations, ensuring compliance with ODC, TGA and state regulations.
* Deliver safety training and inductions for all visitors and contractors.
* Protect company assets, people and property through proactive risk management.
Maintenance
* Support Cultivation and Manufacturing teams with facility upkeep and general maintenance tasks.
* Manage contractors, service providers and equipment maintenance schedules.
* Maintain the relevant asset register, tools and spare-parts inventory.
* Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs across facility systems (Fertigation, irrigation, security etc.).
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP and quality frameworks.
* Use the CMMS to identify issues, complete work orders and implement corrective actions.
* Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimise disruption to operations.
Collaboration & Other
* Work closely with internal teams to keep the facility running safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
* Build positive relationships with staff, contractors, vendors and government agencies.
* Participate in the on-call roster and respond to urgent alarms.
* Perform other duties as required.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking reliable, motivated individuals who thrive in a team environment and take pride in doing quality work.
To succeed with ANTG, you'll need to:
* Have the abiliity to work independently and have a strong understanding of WHS regulations.
* Have experience in managing maintenance teams and/or tasks consisting of skilled trades, preferably in GMP environment in either pharmaceutical or manufacturing.
* Be familiar with and/or willing to learn legal terminology and aspects of security governance as well as the storage, security, and handling of Schedule 8/Schedule 9 drugs.
* Be comfortable with manual, hands-on tasks.
* Have high attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Be reliable, have a positive attitude, and have a strong sense of teamwork.
* Have great communication and record-keeping skills.
* Be able to use Microsoft Office and/or have a keen interest in horticultural technology.
