The opportunity: We’re currently seeking a Specialist Accounts professional to join our team in Mackay. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a knack for commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement, we want to hear from you! What you'll be doing: Be the primary contact for service changes and customer queries. Develop and apply pricing models for new and existing contracts. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and reporting across your customer portfolio. Liaise with internal teams including Finance, Operations, and People & Culture. Monitor contract compliance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction. The boxes you'll tick: Proven customer service and administrative experience, ideally with blue-chip clients. Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret contracts. Experience in pricing and data analysis in a service-based environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. High attention to detail, time management, and a drive for continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus points if you have: Experience in the transport or logistics industry. A relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
