Parkvilla is a residential aged care home for 13 residents and two transitional care clients and has the feel of a 'home away from home.'About the role We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our GV Health Tatura Campus as the Director of Nursing / Campus Manager. This senior management position is responsible for the day to day leadership and management of both the acute hospital service and Parkvilla Aged Care located onsite.The DON / Campus Manager will ensure efficient and effective management of the campus, provide clinical and strategic leadership, ensure risk minimization is embedded in the campus, lead continual performance monitoring and quality improvement requirements, and be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality and safe patient and resident care is met in accordance with the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and The Aged Care Quality Standards.If qualifications are a requirement for this position, please attach a copy in support of your application.
