Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, working closely with various teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
This is a full-time position based in Cardup, WA. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday and will be part of a dynamic and growing organization.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Supporting the design and development of new products, including drawing creation and technical specification investigation
* Writing and updating work instructions, procedures, and ITPs for special projects
* Working with Production to assess daily inspection for batch release of plastics and precast concrete
* Investigating internal and external non-conformances
* Conducting internal process and system audits, and supporting external audits
* Managing equipment calibration registry, release, and organization
* Submitting product approvals to various water authorities and councils
* Reviewing specification and code changes from water authorities and agencies related to product approval
* Supporting continuous improvement activities
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related manufacturing field and relevant experience in a similar role. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related manufacturing field
* Working knowledge of SolidWorks
* AutoCAD experience is highly desirable
* Ambitious, self-motivated, and resilient
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* WA Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
