- Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9-day fortnight
- $98,887 - $103,008 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 5) + Superannuation
- Location – Rockhampton
Your New Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resource Business Partner (SHRBP) to join our team at Council. As an advisor and trusted partner to senior leadership and employees, you will play a pivotal role in aligning human resource initiatives with the organisation's goals. This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
What We Are Looking For
- An experienced Senior HR Business Partner capable of collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ability to provide expert advice on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Proven experience as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.
- Ability to analyse HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- A passionate individual with a positive personality to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
