About the Role
As the Marketing & Operations Manager, you will play an essential role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office – ensuring the brand is elevated, clients are supported, and both Directors are empowered to operate at their highest level.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing
* Manage property marketing, social content, digital presence, and brand consistency.
* Coordinate photography, video, campaigns, and marketing collateral.
* Support agent marketing strategies and community initiatives.
Executive Support
* Provide high-level assistance to two Directors.
* Manage calendars, inboxes, scheduling, travel, and daily priorities.
* Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and team communication.
Operations & Office Management
* Oversee daily office operations.
* Assist with onboarding, training support, and systems administration.
* Support compliance, workflow, and business process improvements.
Customer Service
* Deliver an exceptional experience to clients and visitors.
* Support the sales team with client touchpoints throughout campaigns.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
* Creativity, attention to detail, and a warm, polished presence.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Confidence supporting senior leadership.
* Experience in marketing, operations, admin, or executive support.
* Real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential.
