What You Will Bring To The Role
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), Registered Nurse Division 1
* Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Nurse Unit Manager – Level 1 or Acting Clinical Nurse Unit Manager – Level 1 / Team Leader in a critical care environment
* Demonstrated relevant clinical nursing experience
* Ability to motivate, manage and develop nursing/midwifery staff
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, and conflict resolution
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Postgraduate nursing qualifications in management, or working towards same
* Flexible rotating roster including mornings, evenings and nights, 7 days per week
