Job Title: Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Consultant

Location: Eynesbury Based Office - Brookfield/Thornhill Park Portfolio

Employment Type: Full-time (Including Saturdays – with one weekday off in lieu)

As our business continues to grow, we're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property management. You will assist in various aspects of residential property management, including leasing, routine inspections, tribunal attendance, and client communication. With our company's continued growth, this role will evolve to include the management of a small portfolio, with the opportunity to grow alongside it.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting open for inspections and private appointments for rental properties
* Assisting with routine inspections and preparing condition reports
* Attending and assisting with final inspections
* Supporting Property Managers in day-to-day administrative and renter liaison tasks
* Sitting in on VCAT and Magistrates' Court hearings as required
* Responding to renter and rental provider enquiries professionally and promptly
* Assisting with lease signings, key handovers, and new renter onboarding
* Providing exceptional service and representing the company brand at all times
* Gradually taking on management of a small property portfolio, with growth potential

Requirements:

* Availability to work every Saturday (with a weekday off in lieu)
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in real estate or customer service preferred but not essential
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
