**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the brokers in preparing loan documents and working with clients to collect necessary information and documentation
- Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure client data is accurate and up-to-date
- Utilize aggregator software to streamline loan submissions and manage the workflow effectively
- Work closely with various lenders, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise during the loan process.
- Use lenders' servicing calculators to assess clients' borrowing capacities and ensure loan submissions meet the required policies.
- Ensure all loan submissions meet company and regulatory standards, adhering to compliance requirements throughout the process.
- Handle administrative tasks related to loan submissions and broker support, ensuring efficient workflow and organization across all processes.
**Experience Required**:
- At least 2 year's experience within the mortgage broking experience
- Excellent communication and client rapport building skills
- Some knowledge of lender policies, loan products, and credit standards
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
