About The Role
This position works in the Mūrrūmba Targan Djimbulung Service program, a First Nations led model of care with specific emphasis on providing enhanced culturally safe, chronic conditions health services. The purpose of this role is to provide high level clinical leadership working within a multidisciplinary environment, delivering evidence-based, clinical Pharmacy services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men, women, families and carers participating in the Mūrrūmba Targan Djimbulung Service, and is the reference point of members of that team.

About You
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

* High level of knowledge and skills in Pharmacy services within one or more areas of expertise.
* Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment to influence a clinical or service outcome.
* Ability to independently manage clinical caseloads.
* Ability to monitor and report clinical work practices and outcomes that supports continuous local service improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

* Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
* Possession of a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree (or equivalent) from a recognised tertiary institution. Registration as a pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). While not mandatory, a post graduate qualification (diploma or similar) would be well regarded.
