Job Opportunity
You will support the delivery of high-level financial oversight, performance tracking and strategic reporting.
Your role will be to lead a team of capability support officers, fostering collaboration to deliver quality support across multiple capability areas.
This position is responsible for monitoring financial performance, managing budgets, procurement and reporting. You will also support service delivery operations by maintaining dashboards, monitoring KPIs and delivering meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
As part of this role you will:
* Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
* Schedule, manage and coordinate various tasks and projects.
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role you will need:
* Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
* A proactive mindset with ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities.
* Experience supporting IT Program, Project and Service Delivery in a complex environment.
* Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow PPM would be highly regarded.
