Our recruitment offering is built differently. We assess candidates for how they behave and what they value—not just what's on their CV. We deliver three service levels: from DIY hiring tools through to full end-to-end recruitment, acting as an extension of our clients' people functions.
The Role
You'll own a portfolio of clients who trust you to find people who don't just tick boxes—they transform teams.
What you'll do:
* Build genuine partnerships with clients as their go-to talent partner
* Lead end-to-end recruitment engagements using our PeopleEconomics Recruitment Framework
* Read people at depth—assessing for behavioural fit, personality, and value alignment (hiring managers handle technical skills)
* Create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire process—every interaction matters
* Proactively source talent in the market, not just wait for applications
* Educate clients on why we recruit differently and the long-term impact it creates
* Partner with our PE Managers to deliver integrated talent solutions
* Leverage AI and technology to work smarter (we're obsessed with efficiency)
* Drive process improvements and innovation

What You'll Bring
Essential:
* Experience hiring people in some capacity (recruitment, hospitality, retail, or anywhere you've assessed and selected talent)
* Exceptional ability to read people and assess cultural fit
* Confidence educating and influencing senior stakeholders
* Tech-savvy with AI capability (or genuine hunger to learn)
* Comfort working remotely with high autonomy
Preferred:
* Previous recruitment experience, particularly at mid-senior levels
* Familiarity with ATS platforms (we use JobAdder)
What won't work:
* Traditional agency mindset or transactional approach
* Need for constant direction
* Resistance to feedback or change
* "Me first" mentality
