About the role Based onsite at the corporate office in Homebush, you will be a gatekeeper, organiser, and trusted partner to the global CEO & COO of Harvey Norman Holdings Limited, by providing reliable and effective executive support. You will also be responsible for the management and operations of the Reception & Customer Service functions and team, ensuring they are supported to provide Great Service Always to customers and both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for: Diary & Calendar Management –Scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and domestic and international travel. Email & Communication Management – monitor, prioritise, and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO & COO. Meeting Preparation & Follow Up – prepare meeting facilities, agendas, briefing materials, and presentations and attend meetings as needed to take minutes and track action items. Travel Coordination – Organise domestic and international travel and prepare detailed travel packs with necessary information. Office Administration – Manage administration, expenses, office supplies and budgets for the CEO & COO office and Customer Service and Reception team. Stakeholder Management – Act as a point of contact between the CEO, COO, Senior Leaders, internal teams and external stakeholders and foster positive working relationships. You will be flexible, motivated, and proactive in your approach to supporting both positions, taking on ad-hoc tasks as required and seeking to continually drive process and technology improvements to support the effective functioning of the CEO & COO offices. About you As an Executive Assistant, you bring proven experience in office management, executive support, or operational support role. You will understand the need for discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage stakeholders and competing priorities with confidence and professionalism. You will have: Strong administrative, operational, and/or customer service background. Advanced Microsoft Office & 365 Skills. Advanced time management, prioritisation and organisational skills. Strong communication skills – both verbal and written. Advanced confidentiality and diplomacy skills. An ability to work autonomously.
