About The Role

The role of the Implementation & Activation team within Wavemaker is to deliver excellence in data, technology, and automation, ensuring client campaigns are executed and amplified effectively, efficiently, and with a future-facing approach. The scope of Implementation & Activation includes traditional media (TV, Cinema, Out of Home, Radio, Print, Digital Video, and Display) and the online evolution of traditional media (Addressable TV, Programmatic Out of Home, Music Streaming, and Podcasting). The Coordinator supports the Implementation & Activation team through all aspects of planning and buying.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 months:

* Established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders and internal reports.
* Gained a strong understanding of and can articulate the agency and group proposition, core Implementation & Activation processes, and our way of working.
* Completed training on key tools and systems, actively using them daily to support the team.

In 6 months:

* Able to deliver all aspects of the role efficiently, effectively, and proactively.
* Supporting processes for specific clients and campaigns, regularly updating your manager and team, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
* Strengthened key stakeholder relationships to ensure great teamwork.

In 12 months:

* Taking on greater ownership of campaigns and clients, increasing responsibility and volume.
* Building strong relationships with publishers, representing Wavemaker appropriately, and ensuring campaigns are of the highest quality.
