We're seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the delivery of a $12m school redevelopment in Ballarat. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative team and wants to play a key role in a project that will positively impact the local community.
The Company:
A reputable commercial builder with a strong pipeline of social infrastructure work across Victoria, known for their supportive culture, professional delivery, and genuine investment in people. Projects typically range between $5m - $30m, covering education, community, and health facilities.
The Role:
You'll work closely with the Project Manager and Site team to manage all contract and financial administration duties including:
Preparing and managing subcontractor packages, scopes, and procurement schedules
Progress claims, variations, RFIs, and cost tracking
Contract negotiation, letting, and administration in accordance with head contract requirements
Supporting the project through to final account and close-out
You'll Bring:
3–5+ years' experience as a CA in commercial or apartment construction
Strong communication and organisation skills
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors and clients
