We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Store Operations Leader to oversee the daily operations of our grocery store.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record in inventory management, staff development, and customer service. They will be responsible for managing stock levels, developing schedules, and ensuring the seamless operation of the store.
We are looking for someone who can contribute to the growth and success of our business, manage our team effectively, maintain customer satisfaction, and drive efficiency improvements. The successful applicant will report directly to the owner on a regular basis and become part of this family-owned enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory management, including stocktaking and stock rotation
* Staff management, developing schedules
* Reporting & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Assistance in the day-to-day running of the business
* Customer service & cash handling
* Opening/Closing of Store
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role is essential
* Experience in food retail and cooking is beneficial for the successful applicant
* 1 year experience in management, inventory control, and supermarket management (desired)
