**Hotel Management Roles**
We are seeking motivated professionals with a passion for service to join our team as Operations Manager, Front Office Manager, and Night/Assistant Managers.
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth hotel operations, and leading teams to achieve high standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven leadership experience in a hotel environment
* Able to maintain a high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotel
* Flexible to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
* Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) advantageous
* Previous experience in a front office hospitality role beneficial
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and support front office teams to ensure exceptional guest service
2. Ensure accurate accounting and reporting procedures
3. Monitor and control department expenses within budget guidelines
4. Maintain a positive sales culture and maximize up-selling opportunities
5. Cultivate strong relationships with guests, owners, and other stakeholders
Compensation and Benefits:
An annual base salary range of $73,359 - $85,000 (gross), commensurate with experience and qualifications.
