Your new role
The APS6 Project Officer will be required to provide detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems.
Accountabilities
Developing and managing business documentation including Service Blueprints relating to New Framework Planning and PACE Frontline system guidance.Providing specialist advice on New Framework Planning and technical system expertise to Frontline staff and internal stakeholders.Preparing draft written material including business cases, plans, executive briefs and corporate regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.Project lifecycle experience highly desirable including exposure to Agile Ways of Working and Scrum.Salesforce and / or Jira experience highly advantageous.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working with Salesforce, especially in IT/technical roles.Strong ability to identify and analyse IT system issues, including assessing their impact and tracking them through to resolution.Experience investigating root causes, working with a range of stakeholders to understand underlying problems and contributing factors.Ability to produce clear and accurate technical documentation, such as issue summaries, investigation findings, and recommended fixes.
