Learning & Development Coordinator
Join a team passionate about capability, culture and people development.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys juggling coordination, communication, and admin support.
This is an immediate start position, running until at least mid-December (12 weeks minimum), with the possibility of extension.
About the Role
Reporting to the Culture & Capability team, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of training programs across the organisation. Coordinating training sessions and managing end-to-end logistics
Assisting with learning materials, presentations, and communication content
Providing high-quality admin support across the Store Training team
Managing data in Excel and producing accurate reports
Supporting stakeholders with queries and ensuring smooth information flow
Taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements
About You
You're a highly organised coordinator or administrator who loves supporting people and projects. You enjoy variety in your work and can quickly pick things up and run with them. A background in Learning & Development would be great but is not essential – what matters most is your proactive mindset and strong coordination skills.
You bring:
Excellent admin and coordination experience (EA, coordinator or similar)
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience preparing reports, presentations, and written communications
Confidence in managing data and attention to detail
A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach
