About the role
Dermatology SA Pty Ltd is seeking a friendly and experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our team working in Dulwich, South Australia. We currently have a full time and part time position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth running of our busy dermatology practice.
What you'll be doing
* Greet and welcome patients, providing a warm and professional reception experience
* Manage patient enquiries, bookings and appointments in a timely and efficient manner
* Assist with patient registration and documentation, ensuring all records are accurately maintained
* Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing and managing inventory
* Liaise with medical staff and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or Administrator, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Proficient in using medical practice software and standard office applications
* A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons
* Flexibility to work at Salisbury or Mt Barker when required
