TEMP OPPORTUNITY | COMPLIANCE MANAGER (STRATA)
Start: Mid-February 2026 | Duration: Approx. 8–10 weeks (maternity leave cover, potential for extension)

The Role
Working closely with the Strata Management team, you will:
* Draft and prepare management agreements
* Prepare and issue AGM/EGM notices for Strata Manager approval
* Issue breach notices and handle related correspondence
* Manage all aspects of insurance compliance – from obtaining renewal quotes and sourcing valuations to lodging claims and processing renewals
* Provide general administrative and compliance support to the team
About You
* Experience in Strata Administration or Assistant Strata Management is essential
* Strata Managers looking for a short-term, lower-pressure role are encouraged to apply
* High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
* Confident working independently and liaising with multiple stakeholders
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry software
