Job Title: Recruitment Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our Fuels and Energy team.
About the Role
* Partner with Business Leaders to determine recruitment plans and execute a best practice sourcing strategy
* Work across the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and qualification of candidates
* Candidate talent pooling using various tools
* Internal stakeholder and candidate management throughout the recruitment process
* Ensure compliance and governance for all recruitment assignments
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in recruiting technical and trade roles, particularly within shutdown/turnaround maintenance environments
* Demonstrated experience in building effective recruitment strategies with a focus on enhancing workforce diversity
* Strategic talent management experience in complex businesses, with strong experience in developing talent pools
* Experience working with recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
