About the roleWe're looking for a skilled Operational Architect to join our team and provide expert technical leadership across cloud and infrastructure environments.
This role is focused on delivering high-quality architectural solutions that support both operational needs and strategic projects, ensuring technical integrity and alignment with customer objectives.
You'll be responsible for designing and reviewing technical solutions, supporting operational teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative ICT outcomes.
Your expertise will span cloud, data centre, networks, and security, with a strong focus on problem-solving, technical leadership, and client engagement.
The day to day Develop and review customer technical designs, bills of materials, and proposals.
Provide technical advice and maintain architectural integrity across ICT environments.
Lead solution design for operational requirements and major project change requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate inputs and ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
Support operational teams with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Assess technical risks and contribute to solution costing and feasibility.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure alignment with quality standards, design methodologies, and governance processes.

Proven ability to design and deliver complex ICT solutions in managed environments.
Skilled in coordinating diverse technical inputs and leading solution development.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
