Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming reservation requests and enquiries, providing prompt and courteous service.
* Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information in our booking system.
* Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a warm, welcoming experience.
* Assist with front desk duties such as answering phones, handling cash and card transactions, and providing information about the local area.
* Coordinate private functions and group bookings.
* Collaborate with the wider team to resolve any guest issues or concerns.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using reservation and booking systems.
