* A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an ESO, with a proven track record of success.
* Hold a valid Certificate 3 in Emergency Response and Rescue.
* Certificate 4 in Training & Assessment is highly desirable.
* Current driver's license is mandatory.
* Pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical assessment.
