Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the educational journey of young children, fostering a nurturing environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social growth. You will work collaboratively with our centre leadership team to design and implement engaging curricula, ensuring that every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver high-quality early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in decision-making processes
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
* Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive centre culture that values diversity and promotes respect among all members of the community

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
* Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
