We're looking for an Activity Coordinator to bring the fun, creativity and connection to life across two of Queensland's favourite BIG4 holiday parks: Caloundra Waterfront and Maroochy River.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day will look a little different, but your focus will always be the same — creating experiences our guests will rave about. You'll:
Plan and deliver weekly and seasonal activity programs (from mini-Olympics and pool games to trivia, bingo, craft, treasure hunts and more).
Host and lead activities with enthusiasm, confidence and a big personality that gets everyone involved (young and old).
Book and coordinate entertainers — wildlife shows, DJs, petting zoos, and other visiting acts.
Keep our activity calendar organised, fun, and in sync with marketing promotions.
Build genuine connections with guests, encouraging participation and ensuring every experience is safe, inclusive, and unforgettable.
Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to make sure every event reflects our BIG4 brand — family-friendly, community-driven, and full of heart.
Who You Are
Highly organised — you love a good spreadsheet and a detailed run sheet just as much as a great theme night.
Confident and approachable, with experience working with kids or in a hospitality/tourism setting.
Available Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility for the odd trivia or bingo night.
Hold a current Blue Card.
Reliable, creative and proud to deliver truly memorable guest experiences for all age groups.
Perhaps you have a hidden face painting talent (highly regarded).

As a holiday park, our busiest times are during school holidays, so flexibility and availability during these periods is essential.
Starting salary: $70K - $75K + superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications.
