The Role
We seek a well-versed Performance Manager (SEM) to join our team. As a key player in our organisation, you will lead the planning, optimisation and performance of paid search campaigns across a highly visible roster of brands.
You will oversee the development of an offshore team member and provide guidance on their day-to-day delivery of work. Problem solving, attention to detail, strong communication, client servicing know-how and qualified paid search knowledge are essential for this role.
* Create end-to-end strategies, plans and executions for Haleon's paid search campaigns across relevant platforms.
* Stay up to date with the latest trends and platform developments in SEM and apply this knowledge to enhance campaign performance.
* Present and articulate approach, ideas and developments to client stakeholders and the wider team.
* Ensure budgets are spent according to plan and delivery meets targets.
* Deliver clear and accurate monthly and quarterly reports.
* Manage and oversee the development of the offshore team member, including day-to-day oversight of their work across implementation, pacing and optimisations. Ensure delivery is on track and aligned to scope.
* Educate Account Managers, client Brand Managers and the wider team on any challenges and apply appropriate solutions.
* Collaborate closely with the broader Digital team, Account Managers and Operations Leads, contributing to a team-oriented environment and celebrating collective achievements.
