Accountabilities
* Lead the end‐to‐end design process, from concept ideation to final implementation, ensuring high‐quality user experiences
* Translate customer needs and business requirements into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces
* Collaborate with product managers and creative stakeholders to research, prototype, and refine user experiences
* Develop user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to support product development
* Utilize design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across the product
* Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and improve usability
* Create and maintain design documentation, guidelines, and visual assets for development teams
* Ensure alignment between design output and overall product strategy, balancing aesthetics with functionality
Requirements
* Proven experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field
* Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma
* Solid understanding of user research methods, journey mapping, and data‐driven design
* Strong visual design skills, including typography, colour theory, and layout principles
* Ability to think strategically about product decisions, balancing user needs with business objectives
* Experience working with design systems and component libraries
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross‐functional environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced setting
* Proficiency in English, including strong copywriting skills
