We’re now looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Brand Manager to join our Q LD Marketing Department, based in Southport, managing the marketing portfolio for our Ford and Kia dealerships across in Southport and Northern NSW.
What you’ll do:
In this exciting role, you’ll be the driving force behind brand growth, customer engagement, and campaign success. Your responsibilities will include:
o Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital channels, local activations, events, and dealership initiatives
o Managing creative traffic flow for all campaigns in your portfolio
o Overseeing CRM communications and content delivery across multiple customer touchpoints
o Ensuring brand compliance with corporate identity guidelines
o Producing monthly reports on budgets, expenditure, and campaign performance
o Managing end-to-end retail campaigns, optimising creative and messaging to maximise results
o Working closely with our digital agency partners; from briefing to budget management and performance reporting
About you:
You’re a proactive, results-driven marketer with a passion for the automotive industry and a flair for delivering impactful campaigns. You’ll bring:
o Marketing or media experience (client or agency side)
o A solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape
o Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
o High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
o Experience using Canva (essential)
o A current QLD/NSW driver’s license and your own vehicle
o Full, unrestricted Australian work rights
(Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential)
